• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BDM, sales, operations, support, and back-office roles

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and local networks

• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordination with management

• Handle joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination

• Develop and implement HR policies & SOPs suitable for MSME environment

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and day-to-day HR issues

• Monitor performance, targets, incentives, and appraisal processes

• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws – basic knowledge required)

• Support management in team structure, manpower planning, and retention strategies

• Create a positive work culture and improve employee engagement

• Prepare HR reports (headcount, attrition, hiring status)

• Experience using JavaScript building tools like Gulp or Grunt.
• Knowledge of JavaScript MV-VM/MVC frameworks including AngluarJS.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Proven experience implementing front-end and back-end JavaScript applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
